If for some or any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, BeautyLucyHair.com is pleased to offer the highest customer service for returns. We’ll immediately accept returns for BeautyLucyHair.com products within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The merchandise must be returned in the original condition and original packaging including all original tags, manuals, and accessories. Returned items must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and not damaged.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- When returning any item for any reason, please fill out our return form under customer service, and submit to us. We will review and authorize your return within 1-2 business days. But it may take 5 to 10 days from the date the package was received to be inspected.
- If the merchandise returned is not in the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse the return, and send the package back to you.
- All returned items will receive a 30% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the items.
- If the order qualified for free shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted upon return.
- Original shipping fee will only be refunded when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We suggest shipping all returns with a tracking number therefore we are only able to offer the refund when we have the proof of delivery.
- All claims for damages, defects, wrong or missing items must be submitted within 10 days from delivery date. It must be proven by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All claims will be resolved within 1-10 business days upon submitting.
- Return credits will only be given after the inspection of the returned merchandise is completed and always be returned to the original method of payment.
Undeliverable address (when package is returned to sender)
If you want us to resend your package, there will be an additional cost for the resend shipping. If you are not willing to pay for the shipping, the package will be treated as a regular return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied from the order, and the shipping cost are not refundable.

All Clearance items, Special sale items, Promotional items are not qualified for return.
Any products that is opened, used, altered, damaged, or tried on by the customers, including missing packing materials are not qualified for return.
